Requirements Gathering

Nomad will collaborate with stakeholders to understand your current sales processes and goals, transforming your business needs into a project plan.

Website Integration / Email & Dialer Configuration

Our team will ensure that the Salesloft tracking code is on all site pages, work with your IT team to set up your email click tracking domain and submit your company for a Salesloft Trust Hub.

System Configuration

Nomad will complete the initial configuration of Salesloft, setting up user accounts, creating custom fields, configuring the Salesforce integration, and providing BA support for any custom integrations required.

Data Synchronization

Nomad will migrate your existing data from Salesforce, including accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities and ensure data is flowing seamlessly.

Initial Cadence Creation

Nomad will collaborate with your team to develop an initial set of automations aligned with business needs. We will create documentation and provide trainings for future reference.

Training & Enablement

We’ll provide four 60 minute workshops with your sales team to provide a walkthrough of the overall configuration, and how to use Salesloft effectively.
