Nomad begins our engagement by working with your marketing team and stakeholders to understand your business, your GTM strategy, and all pain points along the way. Once that knowledge is understood, we will immerse ourselves into your Marketo Measure instance, interview key players, and find areas for optimization of your processes and infrastructure.

Optimization

We’ll get youOnce our audit is presented and approved by stakeholders, Nomad will implement our recommended changes and enhancements to make sure Marketo Measure is modeled to your needs. We won’t just do this once either, instead monitoring your instance on an ongoing basis and making tweaks as necessary to best fit the business backdrop at the time.r campaigns out the door! Nomad will execute all marketing initiatives through your Marketo instance.

Administration

Nomad will become your daily administrator, managing users and roles, having weekly meetings with your team and providing real-time support. We will be responsible for intaking requests from your team and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Reporting

Finally, real-time attribution at your fingertips! We will align on a cadence and architecture for reporting that makes sense for your org, and build out dynamic reports and dashboards for all stakeholders within Salesforce based on your business needs and questions. We will make sure these reports are a source of truth to make informed decisions regarding attribution, marketing spend, and sales opportunities.

Training & Workshops

It’s your turn too (you did pay for it)! Nomad will help your team understand the full power of Marketo Measure and be able to answer any and all questions. We will provide training to relevant marketing team members on how best to use Marketo Measure reports to have data-backed answers in your strategy meetings.

What's Included:

Salesforce Integration

Nomad will ensure that the proper connection is created between Bizible and Salesforce.

Asset Recreation

Nomad will recreate landing pages and emails in your new instance. All forms, documents, and buttons will also be created.

Site Integration

Nomad will work with the site team to ensure that the platform’s tracking code is on all site pages.  Nomad will create, implement, and test new forms to replace the existing forms.

New Asset Creation

Nomad will create new email and landing page templates based on the short- and long-term needs. This includes creating customized layouts, headers, footers, and CTAs.

Workflow Migration

Nomad will recreate all existing workflows. This includes both front-facing (i.e. email triggers) and back-end (i.e. lead routing and qualifying action) workflows.

Subscription Center

Nomad will build out a sophisticated, GDPR-compliant subscription center for all leads. Additionally, all opt-in/out information will be migrated.

Lead Scoring

Nomad will create a lead scoring program following industry specific best practices that accounts for both activity and demographic information.

Lead Segmentation

Nomad will create lead segmentations based on business needs. Segmentations can be created using a variety of information, including lead, account, opportunity, or sales activity data.

Reporting

Nomad will build a standard set of marketing reports including email performance, landing page performance, influenced revenue and site traffic analysis.

Third Party Integration

Nomad will integrate all third party tools from your current tech stack

Training

Nomad will conduct a 4-hour workshop with the marketing team to provide a walkthrough of the overall configuration, how to create new campaigns, and best practice training.
